Pure Chalk Paint® is the ideal white for modern and contemporary interiors. Perfect for adding a modern look and style to a piece of furniture, its finish has an almost translucent effect. Pair this with Athenian Black for a striking statement look.

As it has the least covering of all the others in the Chalk Paint range, you may require several coats, or use Country Grey as a base.

 

Top tips for using this 1L Pure Chalk Paint®:

  • Don’t forget to finish with lashings of Clear Wax or alternatively Chalk Paint Lacquer in Matt or Gloss to protect your masterpiece.
  • I use the Chalk Paint Bristle Brush for my pieces of furniture, this allows me to build up colour quickly, and will give me a textured finish if I am wanting it.
  • Alternatively, use one of Annie Sloan Flat Brushes for a smoother, contemporary finish.
  • 1 litre is enough to cover approximately 13 square metres.
  • In most cases, no need to sand or prime.
