Refund policy

Online orders
If you change your mind, please let us know within 14 days if you wish to return an item. Please either call or email prior to posting, so that we know the item is being returned. We ask that the you return the item in the condition it was despatched, for us to be able to refund your money. The items are your responsibility, so please, please, please wrap with care and we suggest you return using a tracking service as proof of postage.  Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.  It can take up to 7 days to process a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Over the counter sales
If you change your mind with items bought in the shop, we offer a credit voucher for items returned within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will contact you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Workshops
To allow a room to be booked for any workshops to take place, we ask that places are paid in full at time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any cancellations unless the space is filled.
