1L Emperor's Silk Chalk Paint®

Emperor's Silk Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan is a deep rich red, perfect for adding a statement style to your room. The colour works well with the coloured waxes. Finish with Black Chalk Paint Wax for an industrial look, or give your piece of furniture a vintage look with the addition of Dark Chalk Paint Wax. For a oriental look, buff your finished piece for the look of Chinese Lacquer.

Don’t forget to finish with lashings of Clear Wax or alternatively Chalk Paint Lacquer in Matt or Gloss to protect your masterpiece.

I use the Chalk Paint Bristle Brush for my pieces of furniture, this allows me to build up colour quickly, and will give me a textured finish if I am wanting it.

Alternatively, use one of Annie Sloan Flat Brushes for a smoother, contemporary finish.

1 litre is enough to cover approximately 13 square metres.
