120ml Emperor's Silk Chalk Paint

Annie Sloan Emperor's Silk Chalk Paint® is a deep rich red, perfect for adding drama to any item painted in it.

Picture a chest of drawers painted in the rich red, adding a regal statement look to any room. 

Alternatively, add a surprising pop of colour to an interior of a cabinet or drawer for those of you who are loving the shade but not quite brave enough to paint a whole piece of furniture in it.

• 120ml Emperor's Silk Chalk Paint is enough to update a bedside cabinet or chair; giving you an instant pop of colour in your home. For larger items you will need either 500ml or the 1 litre tin.
• Give your piece of furniture an industrial look with the addition of Black Chalk paint Wax, or buff to a shine to mimic Chinese Lacquer.
• Don’t forget to finish with lashings of Clear Wax or alternatively Chalk Paint Lacquer in Matt or Gloss to protect your masterpiece.
• I use the Chalk Paint Bristle Brush for my pieces of furniture, this allows me to build up colour quickly, and will give me a textured finish if I am wanting it.
• Alternatively, use one of Annie Sloan Flat Brushes for a smoother, contemporary finish.
