Annie Sloan White Chalk Paint® Wax can be applied directly onto Chalk Paint to lighten and give a softer feel to your painted item. It works well with lots of texture, so allow your brush marks and any mouldings to provide this. You can also use White Chalk Paint Wax directly onto wood that hasn't been varnished for a limed look. Always make sure that your piece of furniture has at least 2 coats of wax to protect it.
