500ml Burgundy Chalk Paint

This 500ml Burgundy Chalk Paint will transform any surface with its deep, luxurious red hue. No sanding or priming required for a sophisticated look!

Like many of Annie Sloan's paints, this rich red is inspired by decorative tones from history, in this case Annie has taken the colours used on the walls in ancient Pompeii as the basis of this gorgeous colour.  

Picture this velvety burgundy in a room paired with rich greens and dark yellows, providing a warm and cosy touch.

• Don’t forget to finish with lashings of Clear Wax or alternatively Chalk Paint Lacquer in Matt or Gloss to protect your masterpiece.
• I use the Chalk Paint Bristle Brush for my pieces of furniture, this allows me to build up colour quickly, and will give me a textured finish if I am wanting it.
• Alternatively, use one of Annie Sloan Flat Brushes for a smoother, contemporary finish.
• 500ml is enough to cover approximately 6.5 square metres.
