500ml Athenian Black Chalk Paint

Athenian Black Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan will bring a timelessly striking aesthetic to any project you decide to use it for.

Along with its centuries-old relevance in ceramics, this deep, true black evokes the classic look of black and white tiles, often used in grande period hallways.

Give your item of furniture it an extra touch of sophistication by pairing it with Country Grey or Original, or go bold with a contrast of Primer Red.

Don’t forget to finish with lashings of Clear Wax or alternatively Chalk Paint Lacquer in Matt or Gloss to protect your masterpiece.

I use the Chalk Paint Bristle Brush for my pieces of furniture, this allows me to build up colour quickly, and will give me a textured finish if I am wanting it.

Alternatively, use one of Annie Sloan Flat Brushes for a smoother, contemporary finish.

500ml is enough to cover approximately 6.5 square metres.
