Imagine this delightful watercolour with its brilliant blue colours and a smaller chicken peeping out from underneath hung above a mantlepiece where it will draw the eye of any visitors. Painted by artist Margaret Marsh, and framed by renowned Bourlet and Sons ready for a 1965 Societe Des Artistes exhibition in Paris. This adorable painting has been owned by a friend of the artist for the last 30 years.

There are some markings on the frame as would be expected on an original frame of this age. The rear of the frame is in excellent condition, and the colours of the water colour have been well preserved.
