Vintage touches

This bench seat has been made from an old cot, with wooden slats providing support for the professionally upholstered seat pad and hand made cushions. The cot would have come apart for easy transportation. It has been painted over in a white gloss paint, and so there are some signs of the paint cracking at the points where the cot dismantles. This sweet little bench has all the hallmarks of a family heirloom and its slight imperfections just add to its charm. The seat pad and two blue cushions are included in the price.
