Yes, really this Faux Marble Aubusson Blue Washstand has been painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint to mimic a marble topped washstand! Its base is painted in the lovely greeny blue Aubusson which adds a muted pop of colour to this lovely piece of furniture. 
 
This item is a second hand painted piece of furniture. There isn't a drawer as might be thought from the look of the item.
